Hello fellow Los Shakers fans and others (but mostly Los Shakers fans).
As you may have noticed, I have been taking an extended break (it all) from web-related activities as of late. Don't worry, I am okay. I have just been busy with personal life things that take away most of the time I spent on various online platforms and the occasional time I wrote stuff on this blog. I will continue the Los Shakers alternate reality series at a slow pace (unfortunately I am currently not with my hard drive so you might have to wait a little while longer) but things are getting less busier as stuff slowly but surely gets sorted out or adapted to, so you will actually see things on this blog, actually.
We did get the slightly exciting news and release of two new Los Shakers vinyl releases, 'Shakermania!' a compilation of non-album singles and rarities composed by the group (shall we say not with the greatest attention to detail), and a welcome stand-alone release of the group's debut album which somehow may be sourced from a slightly lower quality source than even the remastered CD. (Gosh how lucky we are).
Hopefully if we get a covers compilation, some more interesting releases will come out. Maybe a 55th anniversary release of Toto's Bar, or some Opa releases. Maybe even some unreleased material, but let's not get our hopes up.

(P.S. For the record I came up with the Los Shakers on Capitol Records idea, next person who uses it I am legally allowed to take to court. The Australian court system is crazy.)
